Gina and Lou in China

The tea house of Zhao Jue Temple in Chengdu. We think it is Taoist. This place was the real thing - zero tourists. We went for lunch for the vegetarian food but were real stumble bums. We couldn't order because the menu was a wooden board with all Chinese characters carved in it, no pinyin. We stood there talking about what we should do and were rescued by a kind Chinese eaves dropper. She ordered our food which you can tell was delicious because we left not a grain of rice on our plates. This was one of our favorite experiences in China. It was incredibly laid back.
